Returns and exchanges
You can exchange and return goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Swimwear cannot be returned, but can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it has not been used and all tags and packaging are intact.
Exchanges and returns are accepted if the goods have not been used, their appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and original packaging have been preserved, and a document confirming the fact of purchase is available.
Return and exchange procedure
- You can bring the goods to our store at 7 Mechnikova Street, Kyiv, between 12:00 and 19:00.
- Within Ukraine, exchanges are possible using the services of the Nova Poshta delivery company in accordance with the company’s rates.
- Outside Ukraine, exchanges are carried out using state or private carriers at the customer’s expense.
- You can exchange or return goods within 14 days of receiving them.
