This Agreement is an official and public offer by the Seller to conclude a contract for the sale of Goods presented on the Morrae website. This Agreement is public, i.e., in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms and conditions are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (natural person, legal entity, individual entrepreneur).
By entering into this Agreement, the buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods, returning goods, liability for unfair orders, and all other terms and conditions of the agreement.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) — a public proposal by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, to conclude a contract with the Seller for the remote sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) on the terms contained in this Offer.
1.2. Goods — the object of the agreement between the parties, which was selected by the buyer on the website of the online store and placed in the shopping cart, or already purchased by the Buyer from the Seller remotely.
1.3. Online store — the Seller’s website at [INSERT URL], created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale purchase and sale agreements based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of the Goods offered by the Seller via the Internet.
1.4. Buyer — a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, receives information from the Seller, places an order for the purchase of goods presented on the website of the Online Store.
1.5. Seller — Sole Proprietor [SURNAME, FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC] (TIN: [CODE]), established and operating in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The date of conclusion of the Contract-offer (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Contract shall be deemed to be the fact of placing an order on the website of the Online Store, provided that the Buyer receives confirmation of the order from the Seller in electronic form.

3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1. The Buyer places an order in the Online Store independently using the “Shopping Cart” form.
3.2. When placing an order on the website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
Surname, first name, and patronymic of the Buyer or the person specified by them (recipient);
Address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery is to the Buyer’s address);
Email address;
Contact phone number.
3.3. If the Buyer chooses a personalization service (individual embroidery, initials, etc.), they are obliged to carefully check the correctness of the entered data (size, text of the inscription) before confirming the order.

4. PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
4.1. The price for each item of Goods is indicated on the website of the Online Store in hryvnia.
4.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of Goods.
4.3. Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer:
By Visa/MasterCard bank card on the website (through the payment system).
To the Seller’s current account (IBAN).
4.4. Attention! Orders with individual personalization (embroidery) are accepted for processing only after 100% prepayment.
5. DELIVERY TERMS
5.1. Goods are delivered by the carrier company “Nova Poshta” throughout Ukraine.
5.2. The delivery time for standard orders is 1-3 business days.
5.3. The processing and shipping time for orders with personalization (embroidery) may be increased by 3-5 business days due to the technological production process.
5.4. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the carrier’s rates, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers on the website.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
6.2. Goods of good quality may be returned if:
the goods have not been used;
their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels have been preserved;
a payment document (check/receipt) is available.
6.3. RESTRICTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF RETURN:
In accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 No. 172 and Part 5 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the following are not subject to return or exchange:
Goods made to order or those with individually defined properties (in particular, products with embroidery, initials, individual inscriptions), if they do not have manufacturing defects.
Underwear (if the Morrae range includes bodysuits, panties, lingerie-type tops).
6.4. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Seller undertakes to replace the goods with similar ones or refund the money. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt at the post office. Claims for mechanical damage after receipt of the parcel will not be accepted.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for changes in the color range of the goods depending on the settings of the Buyer’s monitor.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1. The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. Information about the Buyer is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling their Order.
