Terms and Conditions
(Agreement for the sale of goods in the Morrae online store)
This Agreement is an official and public offer by the Seller to conclude an agreement for the sale of Goods presented on the website https://morrae3.bbstudio.site. In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms and conditions are the same for all buyers.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller — Individual entrepreneur Yakusheva Elena Vadimovna (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1.2. Buyer — any legally capable individual who has placed an order on the Website.
1.3. Website — an online store located at https://morrae3.bbstudio.site, where the Goods are presented.
1.4. Goods — clothing for home and leisure (pajamas, bathrobes, nightgowns, suits), accessories (eye masks, slippers), and other items available for order.
1.5. Order — a properly completed application by the Buyer to purchase the Goods.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Photographs of the Goods on the Website are illustrations. The color of the products (in particular, shades of velvet and viscose) may differ slightly from the original depending on the Buyer’s screen settings.
3. ORDERING PROCEDURE
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the “Basket” on the Website.
3.2. When ordering products from the “Personalization” category (embroidery of initials, names, phrases), the Buyer is obliged to carefully check the correctness of the entered data (text of the inscription, size). No changes are accepted after the order has been sent to production.
3.3. After placing the order, the Seller confirms it by sending an email or a message in the messenger.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
4.1. The price of each Product is indicated on the Website in hryvnia (UAH).
4.2. Payment methods:
Online payment by card (Visa/MasterCard/Apple Pay/Google Pay) via the payment widget on the Website.
Payment to a bank account (IBAN).
4.3. Please note: Orders for goods with individual embroidery or non-standard sizes are fulfilled only on condition of 100% prepayment.
5. DELIVERY TERMS
5.1. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service (to a branch or by courier).
5.2. Shipping times:
Goods in stock (Standard): 1-3 business days.
Personalized goods (Bespoke): an additional 3-5 business days for manufacturing.
5.3. International delivery is carried out upon individual request in accordance with the tariffs of international carriers.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1. The buyer has the right to return goods of good quality within 14 days of receipt if:
The goods have not been used (no signs of wear, washing, or perfume smell).
The goods retain their appearance, original packaging, tags, and labels.
6.2. GOODS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the following goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
Underwear (if the set includes panties or bodysuits).
Goods with individual embroidery (personalized bathrobes, pajamas, sleep masks), as they have individually defined properties and are created specifically for a particular Buyer.
6.3. The cost of return delivery of the Goods upon return (not due to a defect) shall be borne by the Buyer.
7. GIFT CARDS
7.1. Gift cards of various denominations can be purchased on the Website.
7.2. The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
7.3. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
8. LIABILITY AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use or storage of the Goods by the Buyer (e.g., washing delicate viscose or velvet at high temperatures).
8.2. Products must be cared for strictly in accordance with the instructions on the label or in the Care Guide section of the Website.
