Can I return or exchange an embroidered item?
Since each item with the “Let your soul glow” embroidery is created individually for
you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing
defect. This makes your Morrae set truly unique. Please carefully
select your size using our detailed Size Guide, or
contact our customer service team for advice.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Quiet luxury takes time. Since embroidery is applied by hand or on special equipment for each order, this adds 3-5 business days to the standard delivery time. If you need your order by a specific date (for example, as a gift), please contact us in advance.
What font is used for the inscription?
We have developed a unique font, Morrae Serif — elegant, with subtle serifs reminiscent of classic typography.
It is legible, yet looks like a work of art, perfectly complementing the simplicity of our fabrics.
The Morrae Serif font is available in two weights: regular and bold.
Can you feel the embroidery on your body from the inside?
Comfort is our absolute priority. We use the “smooth reverse” technique and soft fabric stabilizers. The reverse side of the embroidery is as gentle on the skin as Italian viscose itself. You will feel nothing but softness.

Can I choose a different thread color?
For the “Let your soul glow” collection, we chose the “Moonlight Silver” or “Champagne Gold” thread shade depending on the fabric color.

which corresponds to the philosophy of quiet luxury. The inscription is noticeable but not flashy.
How to care for an embroidered item?
The embroidery is made with high-quality viscose threads that are resistant to fading. Care
is the same as for the product: hand wash or delicate wash at 30°C. Important: iron
the embroidered area only from the wrong side, placing a soft cloth underneath so that the letters
remain three-dimensional.
How will the order be delivered? (Gift Wrapping)
Each Morrae product, especially personalized ones, is gift-wrapped for you
or your loved one. You will receive it in our branded box with a tissue and
a card, ready to be presented.
